After starting treatment with this supplement, along with zinc, vitamin C, and D3, my temperature dropped quickly. Overall, my recovery took a week, and I am pleased with the outcome. I noticed minimal allergy symptoms this fall, and my body felt much better than before. Perhaps I'll order a larger package.

Effective for allergies
I have tried other brands but found this one effective for my allergies. I purchased it to alleviate symptoms resembling food poisoning. It seems to work well for me, and I’m satisfied with the results.

Not suitable
Unfortunately, this product did not agree with me. I have allergies and was hopeful after reading positive reviews. However, the capsules had a strong smell, which made me nauseous, leading to vomiting and severe discomfort resembling food poisoning. I eventually stopped taking them, as they did not suit me at all.
